Commission Process

1. Client will be added in waiting list (queue), and will be contacted when I can work on the commission. Waiting time may take a while / very long time, so client can decide if they still want to proceed or not.2. If commission is proceed, please provide me the references so I can have a brief idea what client wants.3. I will provide a rough draft sketch and update it to the client. At this point of time, client are allowed to request any changes.4. When the final sketch is approved, I will send invoice, and client must send the payment first based on the sketch BASE PRICE (Payment exclude the coloring prices).5. IF client only order sketch, the transaction ends here.6. IF client order colored art, I will proceed coloring the commission after the payment of BASE PRICE is made.7. Minor tweaks can be requested for the final piece. Major changes will require additional fees.8. After the coloring is finished, I will update the final artwork preview to client, and when client approved, client need to pay the rest of the unpaid payment for coloring price.9. After payment is done, I will provide the high resolution artwork and timelapse (optional) through free hosting site such as WeTransfer.What I'm Comfortable with :- SFW and NSFW.

- For any other spesific request / kink, you can always ask me first, but I may decline if it's beyond my capability.----------------------------------------------SIMULATION OF PAYMENT :i.e. Client order Half-Body (30 USD) + Full Color (30 USD) commission, total price is 60 USD.BASE PRICE AND COLORING PRICE ARE PAID SEPARATELY.Artist will work on the sketch first. If Client have approved the final sketch, artist will make an invoice with total of 60 USD, Client need to pay the sketch base price first which is 30 USD.After payment has been made, artist will continue coloring the artwork until finished. After Client approve the final artwork, Client need to pay the coloring price which is 30 USD.If Client have add-ons such as alts, extra characters, NSFW, Complex BG, etc. The payment will be considered to be paid together with base price.

POLICY

- My Commission system is not first come first serve, so I will be working the one I want first.- I have rights to decline a commission request if it doesn’t meet my criteria.- Payment is made with Paypal Invoice.- Payment should only be made when artist have finished the artwork and client have approve it.- Finished artwork that have been approved and paid can not be canceled or refundable under any circumstances.- No Deadline given under normal circumstances, but if there's need for spesific deadline, please inform the artist for negotiation.- Client may post WIP screenshot / finished artwork in their own social platform with credits.- Finished artwork are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. If client wants to use the artwork for commercial use, additional charges will be applied through negotiation or contract.- I reserve all rights to use / reproduce my artwork for personal advertisement / non-commercial use, and post the artworks in my social platform. If I have need to use the commission artwork for commercial purposes, I will ask permission from the client/commissioner until agreement has been made.- Clients are strictly prohibited to claim, trace, or use the commission artworks as NFT piece, or use the artwork as AI model training or as reference for any AI-generated contents without any permission from the artist.By contacting and paying for any commissions, Then you agree to my terms and conditions.
